Details: Systema (Система, literally meaning The System) is a Russian martial art. Training includes: hand to hand combat, grappling, knife fighting and fire arms training as well. It also involves drills and sparring without set kata. Systema focuses mainly on controlling the six... body levers (elbows, neck, knees, waist, ankles, and shoulders) through pressure point application, striking and weapon applications.
Systema is often used by Russian Spetsnaz units.
Rob Poyton (Chief Instructor of Cutting Edge Systema) will be introducing the unique Russian approach to close-range self defence.
The seminar will also include work against grabs, holds, takedowns, knife defence plus drills and exercise that can fit easily into your existing style.

Details: Two person pole fighting form, This is 2nd pole fighting form I will be teaching. Most of fighting forms relate to a form, this one has similarities to the 3rd pole form
Bo sim Gwun searching insect pole and a much larger pole fighting form then the first one, this form is very good for developing reflexes & timing plus awareness . time 1.30pm to 4.30 pm
